High Point High School senior, Dami Oloyede, is this week’s Prince George’s County Scholar of the Week.

She received The Washington Post’s Volleyball All-Met honorable mention award for all her hard work during her 4 years of playing volleyball and was also PGCPS’s athlete of the week.

Oloyede is a very hard-working and motivated student, who has worked tirelessly throughout her high school career to achieve great success. With that, she has been accepted into 5 colleges: Stevenson, Morgan State, George Mason, Old Dominion, and Hampton University.

She has been involved in many extracurricular activities such as the National Honor Society, National World Language Society, Liberty Promise, Upward Bound and EYES (Empowering Youth Engenders Success).

Congratulations to Dami!
