Looking back on the Success

Looking back on fall sports last year there is no denying that the girls soccer team went above and beyond during their season. Our Lady Eagles came exceptionally close to going to state regionals. Unfortunately, they lost in the third round of playoffs to Parkdale High School, the final score being 1-0. However, in their defeat they also made history by being the first High Point girls soccer team to go past the second round of playoffs.Whichever way you view it, there is no denying that our girls soccer team had an amazing run this fall season.

To celebrate the girls soccer team successful season, Coach Hyde organized a buffet in their honor and to hand out awards to players that showed above and beyond effort. The event was held on December 6th, 2016 at Sakura Buffet in College Park at 6:00PM. High Point high school’s girls Varsity and Junior Varsity soccer team along with friends and family.
